丹参多酚酸盐浓度对急性冠脉综合征患者血小板聚集的影响
Influence of Salvianolate Concentration on Platelet Aggregation of Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of salvianolate on platelet aggregation function on acute coronary syndrome patients. Methods:100 patients with unstable angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into treatment group A,treatment group B,50 patients in each group;And 100 patients required emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction with-out ST segment elevation myocardial infarction were randomly divided into and treatment group C,group D,each group of 50 cases;50 cases of normal E group. UA patients in the treatment A,treatment B group were given aspirin,statins lipid-lowering therapy and ni-trates,beta blockers,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and calcium antagonists in treatment of angina pectoris. The treatment C, treatment D sTEMI,NSTEMI patients were treated with PCI after given conventional western medicine treatment. The treatment of A and C groups were given of Salvianolate 200 mg on the basis of the above,add 5% Glucose injection 250 mL intravenous drip,1 time a day. The two groups were 14 days for 1 course. After one course,compared PAG between normal group E. Results:Before treatment,PAG in treatment group A,B,C,and D groups increased significantly compared with normal E group(P < 0. 05). PAG comparisons between group A and B,group C and D showed that there was not significantly different before treatment. The treatment group A and group C in reducing the rate of platelet aggregation after treatment respective were obviously better than that of group B and group D(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The level of PAG in patients with ACS is increased compared with normal healthy people,salvianolate can significantly in-hibit platelet activation and aggregation of ACS.关键词
