阈下抑郁的流行病学及其相关研究
Epidemiology and Relative Research on Subthreshold Depression
摘要
Abstract
Subthreshold depression as new sub category of depression,and disease incidence rate of women and the elderly is high,be-fore and after the vernal equinox and winter is the peak incidence. Clinical manifestations are similar with TCM "melancholia",and it can be diagnosed by characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine "melancholia" and self rating scale such as depression scale. The treatments include drug therapy and psychological intervention therapy. Strengthen the monitoring of subthreshold depression,early dis-covery,early diagnosis and early treatment,which can improve the prognosis of the patients.关键词
