加味归脾汤治疗结肠慢传输型便秘临床观察
Clinical Observation of Modified Guipi Decoction in Treating Colonic Slow Transit Constipation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Guipi Decoction in treating colonic slow transit constipation. Methods:106 patients were randomly divided into two groups,56 cases in the treatment group were treated by Guipi Decoction,50 cases in the control group by Maren capsule. 2 weeks as one course of treatment,resting 3 days after one course of treatment,and take 2 - 5 courses of treat-ment. Results:The treatment group and the control group the total effective rate were 96. 4% and 70. 0% ,there was significant differ-ence between the two groups(P < 0. 05). The treatment group in the defecation interval,defecate arduous improved significantly better than the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Guipi Decoction in treating colonic slow transit constipation is satisfactory.关键词
