中药调节滑膜细胞治疗类风湿性关节炎研究进展
Research Progress of Chinese Herbal Regulating Synoviocytes Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis
摘要
Abstract
Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA)is a kind of chronic,systemic,autoimmune disease with synovitis as the main feature. Rheumatoid arthritis is the clinical common disease,the course of a long,difficult treatment and easy repeatedly. Eventually lead to dysfunction af-fects quality of life. RA belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine "Bi zheng". The disease is due to invasion of wind,cold, damp,leading to qi and blood stagnation and meridian bizu causes disease of limb joints. Often mixed with cold and heat,combining de-ficiency and excess,binding of phlegm and stasis,long duration. In recent years,synovial cells become the main target of traditional Chi-nese medicine treatment of RA,many traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)by adjusting the expression and secretion of related factors directly or indirectly effect on the synovial cells to achieve the purpose of treatment of RA,and the clinical curative effect is distinct.
