摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Yizhen Fuzheng soup combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of oophoroma. Methods:77 patients with ovarian cancer were randomly divided into observation group(n=44)and control group(n=33). They were given treatment of Paclitaxel plus Carboplatin,repeat every 3 weeks. The observation group was given addi-tional Yizhen Fuzheng soup,1 agent daily,points in the morning and evening. Evaluate the curative effect after three cycles. Results:Compared with control group,the adverse reactions in observation group were obviously reduced. The difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Yizhen Fuzheng soup can significantly reduce adverse reaction of chemotherapy drugs,improve the overall treatment effect and improve the life quality of patients.关键词
