健脾增敏汤对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的影响
Effect of Jianpi Zengmin Decoction on Insulin Resistance in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Zengmin decoction on insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes. Methods:100 patients conformed to western medicine diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and traditional Chinese medicine's Spleen wet Sheng,turbidity and blood stasis resistance were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group. Patients were treated with basic treatment plus Jianpi Zengmin decoction in treatment group,and basic treatment plus oral metformin hydrochloride in control group. Af-ter treatment for 8 weeks,comparative analysis of clinical symptoms,insulin resistance indexes( HOMA-IR),body mass index( BMI), blood fat,fasting blood-glucose(FPG)and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG). Results:The total effective rate was 90% and 74% respectively in treatment group and control group,the difference was significant(P<0. 05). HOMA-IR,BMI,TG,CHOL,FBG, 2hPG in both groups were reduced significantly(P<0. 05). Compared the HOMA-IR and TG levels of treatment group and control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Jianpi Zengmin decoction could effectively im-prove insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes.关键词
