万寿菊叶黄素的长期毒性研究
Study on Chronic Toxicity of Marigold Lutein
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chronic toxicity of Marigold Lutein in rats. Methods:Rats were randomly divided into control group,vehi-cle control group,high dose group(57. 0 mg·kg-1 ),middle dose group(23. 5 mg·kg-1 )and low dose group(5. 7 mg·kg-1 ). Rats were given gavage for consecutive 26 weeks,and 4 weeks rest. The general conditions were observed and the related indexes were detec-ted,such as body weight,food consumption,blood,blood biochemistry,urine routine examination,autopsy and histopathologic diagnosis. Results:Compared with vehicle control group,no significant differences were observed in rat's behaviors,food intake and relative exami-nation indexes,such as routine control of blood,blood biochemistry,urinalysis and organ coefficient. Conclusion:Marigold lutein is safe and has no side-effects in rats.关键词
