高效液相色谱法测定康肾口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量
Determination of the Content of Icariin in Shenkang Oral Liquid by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for determination of the content of icariin in Shenkang oral liquid. Methods:Use Diamonsil C18(4. 6 × 150 mm,5μm)column;acetonitrile-water(26: 74)as mobile phase;flow rate:1 mL·min-1;injection volume:10μL,de-tection wavelength:270 nm. Results:Icariin showed a good linear relationship in the 10-50 μg·mL-1( r=0. 9995),the average re-covery was 99. 91%,RSD was 1. 01%(n=6). Conclusion:This method is accurate,simple,rapid with high sensitivity and good repeat-ability,suitable for the determination of icariin in Shenkang oral liquid.关键词
