六君祛痰解毒汤防治消化道肿瘤术后化疗不良反应及复发转移临床观察
Clinical Observation of Liujun Qutan Jiedu Decoction Prevention and Treatment of Adverse Reactions and Recurrence and Metastasis after Digestive Tract Tumor Postoperative Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of Liujun Qutan Jiedu Decoction prevention and treatment of adverse reactions and recur-rence and metastasis after digestive tract tumor postoperative chemotherapy. Methods:30 patients with digestive tract cancer patients as the research object,and they were given oral administration of Liujun Qutan Jiedu Decoction after chemotherapy,and clinical symptoms, Karnofsky score changes,peripheral blood and tumor associated antigen were observed after 2 - 3 months. Addition and subtraction Liu-jun Qutan Jiedu Decoction,long-term oral,and tumor metastasis was observed in 30 months. Results:Compared with before treatment, clinical symptoms of the adverse reaction of the majority of patients were disappeared or improved significantly,Karnofsky score and pe-ripheral hemogram were improved obviously and the related tumor marker levels were significantly decreased or decreased slightly,with-out increasing the number of cases of metastasis within 30 months. Conclusion:Liujun Qutan Jiedu Decoction can reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy of patients with gastric cancer after,improve the life quality of patients,which has good prevention of recur-rence and metastasis after digestive tract tumor postoperative chemotherapy.关键词
