逍遥散加味治疗乳腺癌术后抑郁症临床研究
Clinical Research on Modified Xiaoyaosan in Treating Breast Cancer Postoperative Depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaoyaosan treatment of depression in patients with breast cancer after op-eration. Methods:58 cases of postoperative breast cancer accompanied with depression were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,29 cases in each group. The treatment group was given modified Xiaoyaosan,and the control group was given oral flupentixol and melitracen tablets. 3 weeks as 1 course of treatment of the two groups,and evaluated the therapeutic efficacy 2 months af-ter treatment. Results:After treatment,self rating depression scale(SDS)score of the treatment group compared with the control group, showed that there was significant difference(P < 0. 05),at the same time,adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,there was significant differences(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Modified Xiaoyaosan in treating breast cancer postoperative depression has good clinical curative effect,less adverse reaction,high security,easy for patients to accept.关键词
