糖痹外洗方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究
Clinical Research of Tangbi Washout in Treating Diabetic Perineuropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Tangbi washout in treating diabetic perineuropathy. Methods:40 patients with diabetic perineuropathy of obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given conventional therapy. The treatment group was given additional Tangbi washout. Evaluate the index such as Chinese medical symptom-type integral,blood NO,hemorheology,Toronto score,10 g monofilament test and safety index. Results:The total effective rate was 85. 00% in treatment group and 60. 00% in control group. Hemorheology,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P < 0. 05). Compared the hemorheology,Toronto score,10g monofilament test,the treatment group was better than that of con-trolled group(P < 0. 01). Security:kidney function test in both groups have no bad reactions. Conclusion:Tangbi washout in treating di-abetic perineuropathy has better curative effect.关键词
