中医辨证联合髓芯减压植骨术治疗早期股骨头坏死临床研究
Clinical Studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Combined Bone Grafting Pith Decompression Treatment of Early Femoral Head Necrosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome combined with bone grafting pith decom-pression treatment of early femoral head necrosis. Methods:30 patients with early femoral head necrosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 15 cases. the control group was given bone grafting pith decompression,and the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation,qi depression and blood stasis syndrome with modified shentong zhuyu decoction,liver and kidney deficiency type with hidden tiger pill,wind,cold and dampness type with modified duhuo jisheng decoction, qi and blood weak type with huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction,phlegm wet type with pathfinder poria pill. The course of treatment was 3 months. Compared clinical efficacy and Harris score of patients in the two groups. Results:Harris scores of the observation group after treatment for 3 months,6 months and 12 months were higher than control group,differences had statistical significance(P < 0. 05);Total effectiveness and efficient imaging diagnosis and treatment results of the observation treatment group were 100. 00% ,93. 33% ,which were significantly higher than those of control group 66. 67% ,60. 00% respectively,and the differences had statistical significance(P <0. 05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome combined with bone grafting pith decompression treatment of early femoral head necrosis has good effect,and also it can significantly improve the patient's hip function.关键词
