紫外分光光度法测定蒙药广枣药材中总黄酮含量
Determination of Total Flavones from Mongolia Medicine Choerospondias axillaris by UV-Spectrophotometry
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a UV method for determining the content of TFC from Choerospondias axillaris so as to further provide an theoretical basis for improving the quality standards of the drug. Methods:A UV method was applied with sodium nitrite as a reduc-tant,aluminum nitrate as complexing agent,sodium hydroxide as chromogenic agent,respectively. The absorbance of TFC was measured at 510 nm. Results:There was a good linear relationship between the absorbance and concentration of TFC ranging from 0. 2~1. 2 mg (r=0. 999 0)with the average recovery of 101. 15%,RSD was 0. 84%(n=9). Conclusion:The established UV method is simple,ac-curate and reliable for controlling the quality of Choerospondias axillaris.关键词
