针药结合治疗延髓背外侧综合征临床观察
Clinical Observation of the Combination of Acupuncture with Medicine in the Treatment of Medulla Oblongata Dorsolateral Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture combined Chinese medicine medicinal broth of medulla ob-longata dorsolateral syndrome clinical efficacy. Methods:To conform to the medulla oblongata dorsolateral syndrome diagnostic criteria, 5 patients with refreshing begin to understand cooperate with buyang huanwu decoction in treatment for 3 months. Results:1 case of pa-tients with ataxia,feels obstacle and dysphagia symptom relief,3 patients only left a few sensory disturbance,1 cases of lesion volume still exist in ataxia symptoms. Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture with medicine treatment Wallenberg syndrome has good cura-tive effect.关键词
