老年艾滋病群体婚外性行为调查分析
Investigation and Analysis on Extramarital Sex of Elderly AIDS Group
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the protective measures by investigating the Extramarital Sex and analyzing its reasons among the elder_ly AIDS Group in Daye,Hubei province. Methods:Statistics( Extramarital Sex ratio,inhabited environment,schooling,marriage,safety measures)among the elderly AIDS Group(≥60 y)from 2009-2013. Results:From 2009 to 2013,the infection rate of HIV among the elderly has increased from 25. 0% to 51. 7%;The rate of the Extramarital Sex has increased from 70. 0% to 77. 4%;The male from 85. 7% to 91. 7%;Persons without using condoms decreased from 100. 0% to 95. 8%;These persons mostly live in towns and cities, who are married and only have primary school education. Conclusion:The Extramarital Sex has become the main spread way of AIDS a_mong the elderly. To prevent the AIDS infection among the elderly appears to be a new problem. Therefore,it is vital to care about the elderly and reinforce publicity and education to popularize the safe sex knowledge.关键词
