从费伯雄内伤咳嗽辨治思路探讨肺癌咳嗽的治疗

Abstract
Objective:To explore the experience and methods of the treatment of cough to provide new train of thought for internal injury cough,especially in terminal lung cancer repeatedly cough. Methods:Used frequency description combined with cluster analysis method, explored medicine characteristic and diagnosis and treatment from Fei Boxiong. Results:Fei Boxiong attached great importance to the pathological factors of phlegm,regarded the physiological characteristics of lung and the descending of the primary lung function. First treated phlegm for cough with phlegm. Without phlegm cough raised pulmonary first. Attached importance to regulate Qi activity. Cough centered on the lungs. Conclusion:Lung cough should fully draw lessons to internal injury cough medicine treatment characteristics and way of thinking from Fei Boxiong,thinking and practice.关键词
