林丽珠治疗肺癌用药规律分析
Laws of Medicine Application in Treating Lung Cancer by Lin Lizhu
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summary the laws of medicine application in treating lung cancer of professor Lin Lizhu. Methods:Collected the medical records of outpatients of professor Lin Lizhu,then applied the frequency analysis to summarize the laws of medicine application in treating lung cancer. Results:The collection of professor Lin Lizhu ambulatory patients with lung cancer including 61 cases,a total of 394 visits,shared 143 flavors of Chinese medicine,drug use frequency 4 977 times. Drugs commonly used for reinforcing Qi and expec_torants,regulating Qi,detumescence,etc. ,in which frequently single medicine in order:Fuling( Poria),Fabanxia( Pinellia),Tubiechong (Eupolyphaga),Dangshen(Codonopsis),Jiangcan(Bombyx Batryticatus),Jiegeng(Campanulaceae)and Kuxingrea(Bitter Almond). Conclusion:Principle of tonifying Qi and removing phlegm is the basic law of the treatment of lung cancer,strengthening Qi mainly by reinforcing the spleen,treating phlegm by regulating Qi and clearing heat to resolve phlegm mainly.关键词
