鲜地黄及其炮制加工品中维生素C的含量测定
Determination the Content of Vitamin C in Fresh Rehmannia Root and Processed Products
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To select the best extraction of vitamin C,and to determine its content in Shengdihuang( Fresh Rehmannia Root) and processed products. Methods:By ultraviolet spectrophotometry determine vitamin C content and using the orthogonal experiment method to select the best extraction,extract solvent,dosage,extract time as factors. Results:Test indicated the best extraction method:new boiled puried water as extraction solvent,and material liquid ratio 30:1,ultrasonic extraction time of 45 min. Conclusion:The ex_traction solvent have significant effect for the content. The content of vitamin C in fresh rehmannia root and processed products have great different,and the content in all processed products is lower than fresh rehmannia root.关键词
