温肾健脾活血固精方治疗系膜增殖性肾炎临床研究
Clinical Research of Wenshen Jianpi Huoxue Gujing Fang on Patients with Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effects of decoction for wenshen Jianpi Huoxue Gujing Fang(温肾健脾活血固精方, WSJPHXGJF) on patients with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and blood stasis mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis ( MsPGN). Methods:Sixty patients with MsPGN were enrolled in the study. A randomized double blind method was used to assign 30 patients in the treated group and 30 patients in the control group. In the treated group,the patients were given the decoction for protec_ting kidney adding hormone while the controls were treated with hormone. All changes were observed before and after the treatment which include clinical symptoms,physical signs,blood and urine routine,24 hours′urine protein quantitation,cellular immunity,humor_al immunity,blood serumβ_MG. Results:The general efficiency were 86. 7% in the treated group,while 60. 0% in the control group. The efficiency of the treated group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0. 05). The treated group were apparently more effective than the control group in the aspects such as the amelioration of symptoms,physical signs,renal function,blood serumβ_MG and 24 hours′urine protein quantitation. Conclusion:Decoction for warming kidney and strengthening spleen is safe and effective in the treatment of MsPGN with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and blood stasis.关键词
