Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qushu Huashi Mixture(祛暑化湿合剂)rectal infusion for treatment of infantile summer heat_dampness. Methods:102 cases of children with summer heat_dampness were randomly divided into the observation group of 52 cases and the control group of 50 cases. The two groups were given conventional anti_febrile and other symptomatic treat_ment,the observation group was treated with Qushu Huashi Mixture rectal infusion therapy,the control group was given oral antiviral a_gent in four seasons,the course of treatment was 3 days,the two groups were observed the condition improved and adverse reaction. Re_sults:After treatment,effective rate of the observation group was 96. 15%,and the control group was 84. 00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05);Average defervescence time of the observation group was(39. 51 ± 1. 27)hours,and the control group(48. 42 ± 1. 36)hours,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =7. 12,P<0. 01). There was no obvious adverse effect in two groups. Conclusion:Qushu Huashi Mixture rectal infusion treatment of infantile summer heat_dampness has obvious curative effect, safe and reliable,good children compliance.关键词
