“肝脾同治”为《金匮要略》治疗杂病理论的核心
The Core of the Theory of Treating Miscellaneous Diseases from Jinkui Yaolue
摘要
Abstract
Jinkui Yaolue,with emphasis on the treatment of internal injuries miscellaneous disease,its treatment attaches great impor tance to the whole,viscera and channels as the core of syndrome differentiation,treatment of miscellaneous diseases attaches great im portance to the differentiation of Zhongjing,and differentiation of liver and spleen two dirty as the core,the pathological changes of qi and blood are the pathological basis of miscellaneous disease.“Know”liver and spleen is antiknown disease prevention thought,also is to prevent miscellaneous diseases caused by blood of liver and spleen deficiency. Treat miscellaneous diseases should attach great im portance to the spleen and stomach.“Liver and spleen treatment”theory is not only the supplement in the aspect of qi and blood,and drum evil out of treatment. So fill vital qi and eliminate pathogens are often used in clinic.关键词
