十灰散联合外剥内扎术加重建皮桥术治疗环状混合痔临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shihui San combined with eternal dissection and internal ligation,and skin bridge reconstruction operation for the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:220 cases of circular mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the treatment group of 110 cases and the control group of 110 cases. The treatment group using Shihui San com bined with eternal dissection and internal ligation,and skin bridge reconstruction,and the control group using the traditional external dissection and internal ligation,observing two surgical complications and postoperative recovery. Results:The effective rate of the control group was 90. 0%,the treatment group was 90. 9%,and the difference had no significant difference(P﹥0. 05);the two groups in the time of wound healing and recovery time comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05);the recurrence rate of control group was 4. 55%,and the treatment group was 14. 55%,compared the rate of recurrence in the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The effect of Shihui San combined with eternal dissection and internal ligation,and skin bridge reconstruction for the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids is satisfactory,few complications,low recurrence rate.关键词
