治疗感冒的非处方中成药致皮肤过敏文献分析
Literature Analysis of Influenza Nonprescription Chinese Medicine Involving Skin Allergy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize adverse reactions of influenza nonprescription Chinese medicine involving skin allergy. Methods:Used retrospective analysis methods to retrieve it in Adverse Drug Reactions Journal and Chinese Journal Full Database from 1979 to 2011. Results:There were 20 related literature collected which reflect the adverse reactions on skin allergy of nonprescription Chinese medicine using in influenza,involving 3 pieces of nonprescription Chinese medicine adverse reaction occurred,including Shuanghuangli an Mixture,Huoxiang Zhengqi Shui and Fangfeng Tongsheng Wan. Literatures of Shuanghuanglian Mixture induced skin allergy were 7 articles,cases involving in 8 cases. Literatures of Huoxiang Zhengqi Shui induced skin allergy were 12 articles,cases involving in 14 ca ses. Literature of Fangfeng Tongsheng Wan induced skin allergy was 1 article,cases involving in 1 case. Conclusion:Nonprescription drugs are characterized by clear efficacy,relative safe,convenient and low toxicity,but its situation of adverse reactions and the concept of safe medication should be valued.关键词
