益气活血解毒化痰方治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎肝纤维化临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Huatan Fang treatment of liver fibrosis induced by chronic hepati tis B. Methods:86 patients Patients with chronic viral hepatitis B liver fibrosis were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and routine group,each of 43 cases. Both groups received conventional treatment,and Chinese medicine group was additionally administered Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Huatan Fang. 3 months as one course of treatment,totally 2 courses. Evaluated the clinic comprehensive effects by means of observing TCM syndrome score,clinical symptoms and signs,serological indices of liver fibrosis,S index,and ultrasonic ima ging. Results:After treatment,both groups were significantly improved in TCM syndromes scores(P ﹤0. 05),and chinese medicine group was significantly lower than the normal group(P﹤0. 05). Both groups could significantly improve the serological indices of liver fibrosis,S index,the trunk diameter of hepatic portal vein,and the spleen index(P﹤0. 05). Clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine group was superior to the routine group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Huatan Fang treatment of liver fibrosis induced by chronic hepatitis B has obvious effect.关键词
