大柴胡汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎临床研究
Clinical Study on Modified Dachaihu Tang Treatment of Chronic Cholecystitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Dachaihu Tang combined with Anethol Trithione Capsules in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods:120 cases of chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases. The control group was given only Anethol Trithione Capsules,25 mg each time,3 times a day. The treatment group was treated with modified Dachaihu Tang based on the control group. Two groups were treated for 1 month. Observed scores of symptoms of Chinese medicine,such as chest and hypochondrium distending pain,epigastric painful abdominal mass,poor appetite before and after treatment;thickness,coarse and a coustic changes of bile by color Doppler ultrasound,and judged iconography and comprehensive efficacy. Results:The imaging efficiency of treatment group was 95. 00%,and the control group was 78. 33%,there was significant difference between two groups(P﹤0. 05);Comprehensive efficiency of treatment group was 95. 00%,and the control group was 75. 00%(P﹤0. 05);TCM symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Modified Dachaihu Tang combined with Anethol Trithione Capsules treatment of chronic cholecystitis can obviously improve the symptoms of patients,and obtain definite curative effect.
