针刺组穴治疗原发性痛经临床研究
Clinical Research of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of primary dysmenorrhea treated by acupuncture of group points,namely, Zigong(EXCA1),Guanguan(RN4),Zhongji(RN3),Qugu(RN2),Yinlingquan(SQ9). Methods:40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given acupuncture of acupuncture group and the control group was given Yueyueshu Tongjingbao pellet oral treatment. Observe the clinical curative effect of two groups after treatment for 3 months. Results:The total frequency of treatment group three menstrual cycles compared with before had significant differences(P ﹤0. 05). Both the two groups had significant difference compared before and after the treatment( P﹤0. 05). The dysmenorrhea severity of treatment group had significant differences compared with before(P﹤0. 05). the two groups had significant difference compared before and after the treat ment(P﹤0. 05). The effective rate was 95. 0% in treatment group and 65. 0% in control group. Compared the efficient of two groups, there was significant difference(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Acupuncture of group points in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has good curative effect.关键词
