补中益气汤含药血清对Lewis肺癌细胞增殖和凋亡的影响
Effect of Serum Medicated of Buzhongyiqi Decoction on Proliferation and Apoptosis of Lung Cancer Cell

Abstract
Objective:Observe the proliferation inhibition of serum medicated of Buzhongyiqi decoction on lung cancer cell and its influ-ence on cell apoptosis and explore the mechanism of Buzhongyiqi decoction in treating tumor. Methods:Rats were given intragastric ad-ministration of Buzhongyiqi decoction,abdominal aortic blood serum and preparation. Use MTT method to detect the proliferation inhibi-tion of drug-containing serum for lung cancer cell and flow cytometry instrument to measure lung cancer cell apoptosis. Results:Com-pared with blank control group,different concentrations of serum medicated of Buzhongyiqi decoction can obviously inhibit lung cancer cells in vitro proliferation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Compared with blank control group,the cell apoptosis rate of different concentrations of serum medicated of Buzhongyiqi decoction increased significantly. As the increase of medicated serum concentration,cell apoptosis rate increased significantly with the concentration dependence. Conclusion:Serum medicated of Buzhongyiqi decoction has obvious inhibitory effect on lung cancer cells in vitro proliferation and can promote apoptosis of tumor cells.关键词
