Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenyi capsule combined with Tiji'ao capsule in the treatment of elderly advanced non-small-cell lung carcinoma. Methods:Choose 32 cases of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer as the research object. Tiji'ao capsule was divided into three levels according to surface integral,2 times a day,dinner early oral,continuous for 28d,rest for 14d,as a treatment cycle. At the same time were given Shenyi capsule,two times a day,every time 2 grains. Evaluate the curative effect of 2 cycles. Results:32 cases of patients,complete remission in 2 cases( 6. 25%),partial remission in 12 cases (37. 50%),stable in 9 cases(28. 13%),progress in 9 cases(28. 13%),effective rate was 43. 75% and the control rate was 71. 88%. The adverse reactions in bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction and bone marrow inhibition rate was 21. 90%,mainly forⅠ-Ⅱ degrees. The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse was 18. 60% mainly forⅠ-Ⅱdegree. Conclusion:Shenyi capsule combined with Tiji'ao capsule in the treatment of elderly advanced non-small-cell lung carcinoma has better effect.关键词
