苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of Effect of Suhuang Zhike Capsule on Cough Variant Asthma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To review the curative effects and safety of Suhuang Zhike Capsule on cough variant asthma. Methods:The litera-tures were retrieved from CNKI、VIP、WANFANG 、CBM、PubMed and The Cochrane Library from 2008 to 2014. 6 literatures accorded with the inclusion criteria were given Meta analysis by using RevMan5. 1 software. Results:There were 6 RCT enclosed involving 583 patients. Results showed that the cough total effect was better in treatment group than in control group and the difference was statistically significant(OR=4. 59,95%CI:[2. 85,7. 39],P<0. 000 01). The occurrence rate of adverse reactions in treatment group was lower than control group and the difference was statistically significant(OR=0. 13,95%CI:[0. 03,0. 52],P=0. 004). Conclusion:Current evidence suggests that Suhuang Zhike Capsule is safe and effective in the treatment of cough variant asthma( CVA).关键词
