滋肾骨康丸对骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折术后愈合及髋关节功能的影响
The Effect of Zishengukang Pill on Fracture Healing and Hip Function of Osteoporotic Femoral Neck Fracture after Operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Zishengukang Pill( ZSGK)on fracture healing and hip function of the osteoporotic femo-ral neck fracture after operation. Method:64 patients of femoral neck fracture postoperative were randomly divided into two groups:con-trol group(conventional therapy,n=32),and experimental group(conventional therapy and ZSGK,n=32). The patients were followed up for 6 months to 12 months,the bone mineral density(BMD)was determined and the hip function evaluated on the 1st month,3rd month and 6th month. Results:The levels of BMD and Harris were significantly higher than preoperative on the 3rd month and 6th month(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01),and were respectively improved than that in control group.(P<0. 05). Conclusion:ZSGK can signifi-cantly increase the BMD,advance fracture healing and promote hip function in patients of femoral neck fracture.关键词
