摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimize the water extraction and purification processes of Taoren Xikang granules. Method:The paeoniflorin and dry extract rate are indexes,using orthogonal test,inspecting the purification processes affection by the additive quantity of water of extract time and number of times,purification of the extracting solution by water extract-alcohol precipitation,the paeoniflorin and dry extract rate are indexes,inspecting the ethanol concentration. Results:Optimum extraction process was as follows:extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of water,1. 5 hours each time;the consistency of ethanol is 70%. Conclusion:The optimized process is reasonable and feasible,and it can provide reference for the industrialized production.关键词
