骆驼蓬抗肿瘤作用研究进展
Research Progress of Harmel Anti-tumor Effect
摘要
Abstract
Many ingredients in harmel can inhibit tumor growth,especially in digestive tract.At present,the results shows that harmel can resist tumor by induce tumor cell apoptosis,But only a handful of research involved in signaling pathways,etc.Next,we can research in following aspects:①the total alkaloids in the harmel has strong sterilization effect,whether has a connection between bactericidal ac-tion and antitumor effect,can be used as one of the breakthrough of mechanism research.more than previous studies focused on the o-verall composition,such as harmine,harmine hydrochloride,using mass spectrometry to isolate high purity carbolines alkaloid,equal to Chinese herbal compound prescription,on this basis,we can carry out the studies of cells and animals,be likely to a new research idea.③The whole herb of harmel is toxic,we should study the safety dosage,avoid excessive poisoning cases.关键词
