化瘀疏肝汤治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化临床研究
Clinical Study of Huayu Shugan Tang in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Huayu Shugan Tang in treating chronic hepatitis B fibrosis.Methods:79 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given Baogan symp-tomatic treatment and the treatment group was given Huayu Shugan Tang based on the control group,treatment for 3 months.Observed the symptom scores,liver fibrosis,liver function,changes and B ultrasound examination of two groups before and after treatment.Re-sults:Compared the indicators of two groups after treatment with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate was 87.50%in treatment group and 66.67%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Huayu Shugan Tang has obvious therapeutic effect on liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B patients and can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients.关键词
