鳖甲丹红化纤方治疗慢性肝炎肝纤维化临床研究
Clinical Curative Effect of Biejia Danhong Huaxian Prescription Treatment of Hepatitis Liver Liber
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect of Biejia Danhong Huaxian Prescription treatment of hepatitis liver fiber and its influence on serum liver fibrosis markers.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 45 cases.Two groups both were given conventional treatment such as protecting liver and lowering enzyme,and the treatment group was given additionally self-made Biejia Danhong Huaxian Prescription.The control group on the basis of conventional treatment with recom-binant interferonα-2α5 million units,intramuscular,once every two days.After a course of 8 weeks,6 course of treatment.Results:Two groups after treatment of ALT,AST,TBiL,significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.01),the two groups after treatment does not change significantly propagated,GLB,there was no statistically sig-nificant difference (P>0.05);two groups of HA,LN,PC Ⅲ and IV-C was reduced and the and the treatment group decreased more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);two groups of liver echo,portal vein diameter,inner diam-eter and thickness of the spleen and spleen vein with ease,but the treatment group is more obvious,the difference was statistically sig-nificant;The treatment group total effectiveness 91.11%,control group was 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 01);Conclusion:Self-made Biejia Danhong Huaxian Prescription can restrain hepatitis liver fibrosis,improve liver meritorious serv-ice,which has good clinical curative effect on hepatitis liver fibrosis.关键词
