不同品种金银花对牙龈炎症及口腔溃疡临床疗效的影响
Clinical Efficacy Influence of Different Varieties of Honeysuckle on Gum Inflammation and Oral Ulcer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy influence of different varieties of honeysuckle on gum inflammation and oral ul-cer.Methods:75 cases of patients with inflammation of the gums and mouth ulcers in our hospital were randomly selected,These patients were divided into three groups according to the random number table,namely,genuine group (25 cases),Silver mountain honeysuckle group (25 cases)and the placebo group (25 cases).The genuine group were given Henan Province authentic ingredients honeysuckle treatment,the mountain honeysuckle group were given Sichuan production herbs honeysuckle treatment,while the placebo group were given drinkable water,and then the clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients were analyzed.Results:The total treatment efficiency of the gingival inflammation patients in genuine group 92.9% (13/14)was significantly higher than the mountain honeysuckle group and the placebo group 73.3% (11/15),46.2% (6/13)(P<0.05);the total treatment efficiency of oral ulcers patients in genuine group was 90.9% (10/11)was significantly higher than the mountain honeysuckle group and the placebo group 80.0%(8/10),58. 3% (7/12)(P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The effects of Henan authentic ingredients honeysuckle production capacity are better than Si-chuan honeysuckle herbs in the treatment of mouth ulcers and gum inflammation,so is worthy of promotion.关键词
