平衡针配以动气疗法治疗急性腰扭伤临床研究
Clinical Study on Balance Acupuncture combined with Moving Qi Therapy Treatment of Acute Lumbar Sprain

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of balance acupuncture Yaotong(EX-UE7)points combined with moving Qi therapy treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods:In the treatment group,balance acupuncture Yaotong(EX-UE7)acupoint,which locates a-bove Yintang(EX-HN3)1.5 inches,and if the waist on both sides or intermediate waist,pain the needle tip is pointed to down flat;If the waist pain on the right side,the needle tip is pointed to left flat;if right waist pain,pointed to right flat;if low back pain,pointed to up flat.Into the needle is about 1 .5 inches,the use of moving Qi therapy.The control group using the massage therapy,1 time a day,3 times as a course of treatment.Results:In the treatment group,18 cases were excellent,6 cases were effective,no case was invalid,and the efficiency was 100%.In the control group,1 1 cases were excellent,9 cases were effective,one case was invalid,and the efficiency was 95 .2%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of balance acupuncture method with moving Qi therapy in the treatment of acute lumbar sprainis is remarkable,safe,simple,convenient,fast.关键词
