《伤寒论》泄热三方对动脉粥样硬化模型大鼠炎症的影响
The Effect of Three Prescription from Shanghanlun on the Inflammation of Atherosclerosis Model Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of three prescriptions from Shanghanlun on the nuclear factor κB and mediated inflammatory factor of atherosclerosis model rats to prove atherosclerosis disease mechanism.Methods:Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group,Taohe Chengqi Decoction group,Xiaoxianxiong soup group,Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction group,Simvastatin group and model control group.Use the high fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of vitamin D3 method to establish the therosclerosisrat mod-el.From the third week,Taohe Chengqi Decoction group,Xiaoxianxiong soup group,Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction group were administrated with Taohe Chengqi Decoction,Xiaoxianxiong soup,Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction.The Simvastatin group were given simvastatin water solution and the blank control group,model control group were gavaged with equal volume of physiological saline to modeling the end.Detect the serum oxidized low density lipoprotein(oxidized low-density lipoprotein,ox LDL),leukocyte mediated IL-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(C-reactive protein CRP)content and the aorta NF kappa B expression and the linear correlation coeffi-cient between the statistical software analysis of NF kappa B and ox LDL,IL-6 and CRP.Results:Compared the IL-6,CRP,NF kappa B of three groups,there was significant difference(P <0.01 ).By linear regression analysis,the CRP-kappa B of the Chinese medicine group was positively related to ox-LDL,IL-6 and NF-κB.The correlation coefficient of Taohe Chengqi Decoction group was highest in the three groups.Conclusion:The three prescription from Shanghanlun not only have depressant effect on ox LDL,IL-6,CRP,NF kappa B and also can inhibit the NF kappa B mediated inflammatory response.Taohe Chengqi Decoction has the best effect.关键词
