薏苡仁土炒炮制前后甘油三油酸酯含量变化研究

Abstract
Objective:To study glycerol trioleate content changes of Yiyiren(Semen Coicis)before and after processing.Methods:Using HPLC ELSD method to determine the content in different processed products of Yiyiren;Diamonsil C1 8 (5 microns,250 mm ×4.6 mm)chromatographic column,Acetonitrile,dichloromethane (65 35 ) as mobile phase;column temperature 30 ℃,flow rate 0.7 mL·min -1 ;carrier gas flow rate,min 1 .4 L·min -1 ,drift tube temperature 60 ℃.Theoretical plate number calculated should be not less than 5 000 as three oleic acid glycerol ester peak.Results:The glycerol trioleate content of Fried product 0.76% was higher than that of Yiyiren 0.54%.Conclusion:Glycerol trioleate content after stir-baked with soil increased may be the basis of effect change.关键词
