芪苇胶囊治疗高血压性早期肾损害临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qiwei capsule in the treatment of hypertensive renal damage.Methods:1 08 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(72 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was given conventional angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or vascular angiotensin receptor blocking agent and treatment group was treated with Qi Wei capsule.Detect the urinary albumin and beta 2 microglobulin before and after treatment.Observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups, blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,albumin,α1 -micro protein and beta 2-microglobulin changes.Results:The effective rate was 66.67% in control group and 95.83% in the treatment group after treatment.The difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P <0.05).Compared the urinary albumin,α1 -micro protein and beta microballoons protein targets of two groups,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P <0.05).Compared the blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine of two groups,the difference was statistical signifi-cant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Qiwei capsule in the treatment of hypertension with early renal damage is signifi-cant.关键词
