中药烫洗联合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗手足癣临床研究
Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Itraconazole Capsules in Treating Tinea Manus and Pedis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Itraconazole Capsules in treating tinea manus and pedis.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The con-trol group was treated by Itraconazole Capsules and treatment group was treated for 2 weeks based on control group.Observed the clini-cal curative effect and symptoms improvement of two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy was 93.33% in treatment group and 76.67%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05 ).The fungal clearance was 90.00% in treatment group and 76.67% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared the average score of symptoms of two groups, there was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Itraconazole Capsules in treating tinea manus and pedis has evident curative effect.关键词
