Abstract
According to the fracture toughness test standard of BS7448, the CTOD at low temperature(5℃) of X65 steel double welding torch automatic welding joint with natural cooling and spray cooling was tested respectively. Taking specimen with size of B×2B (B for specimen thickness), and notch direction for NP to conduct three point bending test, and then formed P-V curve of weld and HAZ to calculate the CTOD value, and compared the welding joint CTOD values of natural air cooling and spray cooling. The result showed that spray after welding has no significant influence on CTOD value;this test method provides reference evidence for selecting welding method, welding specification parameters and spraying process parameters.关键词
