Abstract
In this article, it took X80 grade pipeline steel plate with wall thickness of 22 mm as the research object, through welding tests for different outside welding groove angle, it studied the influence of SAWH pipe outside welding groove angle on weld appearance quality and mechanical properties. The test result showed that the weld reinforcement reduce obviously with outside welding groove angle increasing, for X80 SAWH pipe with 22 mm wall thickness, the impact toughness of weld increases slightly, but it is almost unchanged for HAZ.关键词
