摘要
Abstract
The edge milling machine of spiral pre-welding unit is a key equipment in affecting productivity and pre-welding pipe quality. In this article, it introduced Linsinger edge milling machine from several aspects, such as performance parameters, structure features, groove profile milling, automatic distribution of milling depth, automatic adjustment for speed etc. It also expatiated the characteristics of milling unit, including cutterhead structure, precautions to replace cutter socket and carbide tips, and adjustment method for groove and root face. The electrical system focused on the system configuration, the electrical control principle and man-machine interface. It provided reference for China domestic edge milling machine technology improvement through introducing function characteristics of Linsinger edge milling machine.关键词
