Abstract
In this article, it analyzed the main influence factors of submarine pipeline design, pointed out that the design of submarine pipeline is different from the onshore pipeline, and the main difference is that the pipe wall thickness is not only determined by pipeline internal maximum working pressure. Combined with the characteristics of the bends main pipe, according to the influence of hardening cooling velocity of thick wall bends for submarine pipeline on its performance, it put forward solutions for improving insufficient hardening cooling. Adding a set cooling system in the bends, it conducted cooling on inner and outer pipe surface at the same time. Through increasing the quenching cooling rate, the overall mechanical properties of bends were improved after forming.关键词
