摘要

Abstract

In order to study the main factors affecting welding thermal cycle of specimen and steel pipe, a serious of replication studies were conducted for welding thermal cycle of large diameter gas pipeline in Ukraine Barton Welding Research Institute, and 3 kinds of fixing sample methods on test bed were put forward. The results indicated that the welding thermal cycle parameter t8/5 of all sizes of large diameter gas pipeline weld can copy by using the sample with width more than 200 mm, the specimen with small width depends on the welding energy and proportion to the specimen thickness. After welding under higher initial temperature, the impact toughness of weld metal will be decreased.
