摘要
Abstract
In this article, it introduced the basic constitution and development status of deep-sea umbilical cable,expatiated the basic requirements and main equipment of inner pipe production line of umbilical cable,namely super duplex stainless coiled pipe production line. It also analyzed structure and function of some device,including pipe full position butt welding device,polishing device,X-ray plate digital imaging device,wrap-up device and water-pressure tester. This production line was adopted to conduct trial production of S32750(SAF2507) super duplex stainless coiled pipe with ø14.7 mm×1 mm size. The practice results showed that the mechanical properties of the trial production volume in full compliance with requirements of ISO 13628-5-2009 and other relevant standards,this production line can meet the needs of actual production.关键词
