摘要
Abstract
In this paper, through observing cross-section specimen of X100 and X80 pipeline steel by OM, SEM, TEM methods, the microstructure and impact toughness of X100 and X80 pipeline steel were studied, adopting EBSD technology to obtain the effective grain size of material and grain boundary orientation angle, it is concluded that the effective grain size and large angle grain boundary ratio are the important factors influencing the impact toughness of pipeline steel. It also studied the lamination cracks appeared in impact fracture, it is concluded that the BF zone, M/A zone and the rupture of original austenite grain boundary promote lamination cracks to appear in pipeline steel.关键词
