Abstract
In order to obtain X groove required in SAWL pipe production by using HFW Linsinger edge milling machine, and solve the complicated problems of changing carbide tips, the HFW Linsinger edge milling machine was modified. It designed the cutter disc height automatically adjustable type system, the cutting disc vertical movement structure, profiling roll and scrap iron plate. The practice indicated that the modified edge milling machine can solve such complicated problems of changing carbide tips, it not only can mill out high frequency root face groove, but also mill out SAWL pipe X groove with high quality.关键词
