摘要

Abstract

The test methods of cold crack sensitivity evaluation commonly used at home and abroad are more than 20, in this article, the inclined Y type groove test, rigid restraint cracking (RRC) test and Caspian Sea test were selected to conduct analysis and contrast. Through finite element calculation for the above 3 cold crack test methods restraint intensity and simulated calculation of pipeline butt circumferential weld restraint intensity, the following conclusions were obtained: ①under the condition of same material and same welding process, the restraint intensity of inclined Y type groove test and plate butt weld is much larger than that of pipeline butt circumferential weld; ② the restraint intensity of Caspian Sea test is related to the length of groove, the deeper the groove is, the smaller the constraint intensity is. Under the condition of the same welding process and same material, by changing the groove length of the Caspian Sea sample can simulate the actual pipeline constraint intensity.
