摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the second round single furnace trial manufacture process of X90 ø1 219 mm ×16.3 mm SAWH pipe, it studied the change rule of tensile properties of X90 steel in the manufacturing process. The results showed that in the manufacturing process, the yield strength and yield ratio decrease greatly after forming , and increase obviously after hydrostatic testing, the tensile strength hardly change. Based on this, it put forward the establishment principles of technical conditions of procurement order for X90 steel plate.
